Police are searching for a missing man from Lancashire who has links 300 miles away to Southend in Essex. Daniel Binkowski, 27, is missing having last been seen on December 17 at Charter Walk Shopping Centre in Burnley.
Enquiries have been ongoing to locate Daniel since he was reported missing. Lancashire Police have now appealed for the public’s search after he has been missing for three weeks.
Daniel was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black Adidas hoodie. He was also wearing a black coat with grey fur around the hood.

Lancashire Police said the coat has the letters DNFD on the inside zip. He was wearing white, black and red Nike trainers.
He is 6ft 1in, and has brown hair with green eyes. Daniel has links to Burnley, Blackburn, Accrington, Darwen, Lancaster, Preston, Ramsbottom, Bury, Prestwich, Southend-On-Sea and Cumbria.
A police spokesperson said: “If you see Daniel, call 999. If you have information that could help us find him, contact us on 101 quoting log 0306 of 20th December.”
