Transport operator First Potteries has made changes to 14 timetables – from today. The latest changes – coming into force on Sunday, January 5 – follow similar alterations in September.
Latest changes include new timetables on service 37 between Longton and Lymedale Business Park and service 103 between Hanley and Crewe. The 38A and 39A services will now both serve Shelton Boulevard.
A First Potteries spokesman said: “We are introducing some timetable changes following customer feedback received when the September changes went live. These timetable changes are to help to keep the buses to run on time and improve the service we provide on services 38 and 39.”
The First Potteries timetable changes coming into force from today:
- Service 7: Hanley-Kidsgrove: Minor timetable changes to timing points along the route;
- Service 7A Hanley-Biddulph: Minor timetable changes to timing points along the route;
- Service 21: Hanley-Trentham: Changes are being made to the Monday to Friday timetable. There will be no changes to the Saturday or Sunday timetable;
- Service 22: Newcastle-Longton: Changes are being made to the Monday to Friday timetable. There will be no changes to the Saturday or Sunday timetable;
- Service 23: Hanley-Newstead: Changes are being made to the Monday to Friday timetable. There will be no changes to the Saturday or Sunday timetable;
- Service 37: Longton-Hanley-Lymedale Business Park: New timetable introduced Monday to Sunday;
- Service 98: Newcastle-Ball Green: Changes are being made to the Monday to Friday timetable. There will be no changes to the Saturday timetable;
- Service 99: Newcastle-Chell Heath: Changes are being made to the Monday to Friday timetable. There will be no changes to the Saturday timetable;
- Service 38: Kidsgrove-Hanley-Newcastle-Kidsgrove: New timetable introduced Monday to Sunday;
- Service 39: Kidsgrove-Hanley-Newcastle-Kidsgrove: New timetable introduced Monday to Sunday;
