A major incident took place at a popular Irish hotel last night that resulted in several individuals being seriously injured.
The video obtained by Galway Beo, shows a party inside a function room in a hotel descending into chaos.
A few women start to throw chairs at others in attendance and some men begin throwing punches at each other.
The video begins with a woman in the corner of the room throwing a chair across the room before the camera pans to a fistfight between two men who throw and land a couple of punches.
One of the men is dragged away as some in attendance try to calm the situation.
However, the fights just seem to escalate from there.
One individual who didn’t seem to be involved gets sucker punched from behind which causes him to fall to the ground.
The man who threw that punch then hobbled across the floor to try and pull another man away from the fight.
What makes it even more shocking is that there were plenty of children in the room at the time of the incident who were desperately trying to avoid being hit by a chair.
Eventually more of those in attendance try and get in the middle of the brawl with some nearly being struck by chairs by those who want the brawl to continue.
Thankfully, just a few seconds later, the chairs stop flying and the situation calms down.
