Police attended an address after a man was seen throwing furniture out of a first floor window in Leeds.
The man was lobbing the items out of a first floor window in Nowell Mount, Harehills, at about 10pm yesterday (Wednesday, January 15). West Yorkshire Police attended after reports of the disturbance.
The force said they saw him throwing the items and then climb onto the guttering, before falling into the garden. He was rushed to hospital and later arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage. A scene guard was erected but then lifted shortly after midnight.
A force spokesperson said: “Police were called to Nowell Mount, Harehills, Leeds just before 10pm yesterday, following reports of a disturbance.
“Officers attended and found a man throwing furniture out of the first-floor window of a house. The man then climbed onto the guttering before falling into the garden.
“He was taken to hospital with minor injuries and was later arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage. The scene was lifted shortly after midnight.”
