Police probing spate of Gwynedd vehicle thefts release images of suspects

These images show two men police want to speak to in an investigation into three alleged thefts. The incidents happened in the Bangor area.

North Wales Police launched the appeal on its Gwynedd North Facebook page after a spate of thefts from vehicles. A spokesman said: “We are appealing to the community for information in relation to 3 incidents of theft from vehicles during the early hours in Trefonwys, Bangor.

“We are asking anyone who may have witnessed 2 males acting suspiciously in the area to contact Police via Webchat, 101 or email. The incidents occurred between 31/12/2024 – 02/01/2025.” Join the North Wales Live Whatsapp community now

The spokesman said the images are of two people “of interest to us” in relation to this investigation. They added: “We are aware the quality isn’t fantastic and are canvassing for further footage.”
