A cannabis factory has been found inside a home that was only recently bought at auction. Around 90 plants were discovered at the address, with an estimated street value of £90,000.
The cannabis factory was discovered at a semi-detached address in The Broadway, West Bromwich, at around 9.30am today, January 11. No arrests have yet been made and officers have appealed for information.
A photograph taken today showed a police car parked on the driveway. It’s understood the three-bedroom home was bought for £176,000 last month.

The property went under the hammer at an auction with Bond Wolfe on December 11. It’s claimed the culprits set up shop inside the property before the new owners got the keys.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “A cannabis factory was discovered at an address in The Broadway, West Bromwich, at around 9.30am today (11 January). Around 90 plants were found in the property.
