Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault that took place in Woking and left the victim requiring hospital treatment. Surrey Police is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forwards.
Officers say the assault took place on Sunday, December 22 at around 2.30pm, and “allegedly involved three men assaulting the victim”. According to the force, the incident took place at the junction of Victoria Road and Raglan Road.
A Surrey Police spokesperson said: “A 42-year-old man from Camberley has been arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm. We are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or have any relevant information to get in touch.”
