Telford woman can’t own phone, car or contact anyone under age of 18 for five years

A Telford woman has been handed a five-year Slavery and Trafficking Restriction Order relating to child exploitation in the town. Louise Jusrczenko was given the order at Telford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, January 2.

Jusrczenko, of Shetland Close, Telford, could face up to five-years in prison if she breaches any of the conditions in the order. The 46-year-old is prohibited from having unsupervised contact or communication with anyone under the age of 18.

She is also banned from arranging for anyone under the age of 18 to attend a location in exchange for money, alcohol, gifts, prescription drugs or illegal drugs – as well as arranging or facilitating travel, directly or indirectly.

She must also not use a device capable of messaging or accessing the internet, own or control the use of a motor vehicle, or own or posses any mobile device capable of holding a SIM card.

Detective Sergeant Louise Hickman of West Mercia Police said: “The Slavery and Trafficking Restriction Order is a great tool that will help us tackle child exploitation – both criminal and sexual – and we’re pleased that this order against Jusrczenko was granted by magistrates.

“The conditions of the order are incredibly stringent, prohibiting Jusczenko from activity associated with child exploitation. Any breach of these conditions is a criminal offence and could see her sentenced for up to five-years in prison.”
