Several Cambridgeshire villages have been left without water after a burst main on Sunday (January 12). Villages in Huntingdonshire have been affected, with some experiencing low water pressure while others have no water at all.
Affected areas include the Stukeleys, Abbots Ripton, Sawtry, and Upwood. Anglian Water said the issue is expected to be fixed by 12pm.
An Anglian Water spokesperson said: “We’re sorry you’re still experiencing no water and/or low pressure in Stukeley & surrounding area. This is being caused by a burst main which is more complicated to fix than we expected.
“We’re working hard to get your water supply back to normal as soon as possible.”
