The search continues for twin sisters Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, who disappeared while out on a nighttime stroll in Aberdeen on Tuesday, January 7.
Both siblings, who are 32, are described as white, slim, and with long brown hair. Officers are now appealing to the public for any information that may lead to their whereabouts amid concerns over freezing temperatures currently being experienced across Scotland.
Little has been made public about the twins, and officers have not shared who reported them missing or whether or not they have family in the area. As the Met Office issues snow and ice warnings for Aberdeenshire, police now face the task of unravelling the mystery of what happened to the two women, piecing together their final movements before vanishing.
