Two 30-year-old men have been arrested in connection with an early hours “disturbance” in the Four Corners area of Glasgow.
Police taped off a section of Jamaica Street following the incident at around 3.30am on Wednesday, January 8.
The road was closed for a number of hours while investigations were carried out, and officers are continuing to identify and track down two other men believed to be involved in the incident.
The exact nature of the incident is unknown.
Sergeant David McIntosh said: “We’d like to thank the public for their patience and understanding as officers carried out their work in the area.
“Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious on Jamaica Street in the early hours of this morning, or has any information on the incident, should call police on 101, quoting incident 0291 of 8 January.
“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
